The old forms and the new forms are now merged back together as one. YAY ME!

Bad new is, user setting from BOTH had to be reset and the passwords may not work. If you find you can't log in, use the reset password feature or email me.

I transferred all the avatars over from the old and new boards, new ones of course taking precedent over old. Signatures should have come over as well, but might be a little wonky.
