Beep boop. - Chip Tunes.

Recommended Posts

If you're a fan of video game music (especially very old video game music (C64, 8-bit)), then you need to listen to some chiptunes.

If you have Winamp, all you will need to do is get a few small plugins (depending on the file format you decide to download... Winamp comes with support for MOD, S3M, IT, etc.). You will need a plugin for SID, NSF, and other such file types definitely.

If you don't have Winamp (or one program with support for many digital track filetypes) then don't even bother. If you download four or five different players, then the whole thing loses its fun. It is best to download all of the MOD, S3M, IT, and XM files off of the site, mush them into one big Winamp playlist and set it to random, continuous shuffle. :bigthumb:
